2. Products & Orders
• All items are subject to availability. Stock updates in real-time, but errors can occur.
• Colour and images are matched as closely as possible but may vary due to screen settings.
• Orders placed before 11:00 am usually ship the same day; later orders may still ship the same day when possible.
• Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays ship the next working day.
• Order confirmations are sent via email but are not binding until dispatch.

3. Pricing
• Prices include VAT but exclude delivery charges.
• We may adjust prices due to supplier changes, taxes, or errors.
• If pricing errors occur, we’ll contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel the order. We’re not obliged to honour incorrect prices.

4. Discounts & Promotions
• Promotions are limited-time and may be withdrawn at any time.
• Discounts apply to RRP. Coupon codes can’t be combined or used on Arc'teryx or sale items unless stated.
• Shop and online promotions may differ; each location is not required to honour the other’s pricing.

6. Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving goods, per UK Distance Selling Regulations.
