RETURNS INFORMATION (Online Purchases only)

We hope you're happy with your purchase from Adapt Outdoors. However, if you wish to return an item due to it being unsuitable or if you’ve changed your mind, we offer refunds under the following conditions:
  • The item must be returned within 28 days of purchase.
  • It must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging (including tags, labels, and boxes).
  • Please include the completed Returns Note that was included in your parcel or add a note with your order details (name, address, order number, and reason for return).

For non-faulty items there is no need to contact us by email or telephone.

Exchanges:
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please place a new order for the replacement item. You can then return the unwanted goods for a refund. This is the fastest way to get the item you need.
Klarna orders cannot be exchanged.

Return Shipping:
The returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For security, we recommend using a tracked shipping service with insurance. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

In-store Returns:
You can return online purchases at our Liverpool store at 10 Williamson Street, L1 1EB. Bring your sales invoice (either emailed or included in the package) for faster processing. Refunds will be issued separately by our Customer Support Team.

Faulty Items:
If your item is faulty and still under warranty, please fill in the following form; Faulty Returns Form. Provide your order number, contact details, and a description of the fault, along with photos or other evidence.
If needed, we may send the item to the supplier or an independent testing service, which may take up to four weeks. We cannot process warranty claims before inspection. If deemed faulty, we will offer a resolution, which may include a refund, replacement, or repair.

Health and Safety:
To ensure safety, all returned items must be clean, dry, and free from dirt. Unclean items will be returned to you.

Lite Plus Stove System is a fuel-efficient backpacking stove in an ultra-compact format, easy to carry on hikes or climbing trips.

Boil water, heat soup, or prepare simple meals for up to two people using the 0.8L pot. The stove comes with a canister support, providing extra stability on uneven surfaces.

Ignite the stove with a single press
Lite Plus Stove System can be used as is or with the included canister support for cooking on uneven ground. Simply twist the included pot onto the burner and press the Piezo igniter to light the stove. Boil food or drinks and use the practical spout to pour directly into the lid, which also functions as a mug. The insulated sleeve, with a small pocket for accessories, provides a comfortable grip while keeping your meal warm.

Ultra-compact kit with pot and cup
Lite Plus Stove System includes a top-mounted backpacking stove, canister support, and a burner with Laminar Flow Burner technology for a stable centre of gravity. The kit also features a 0.8L hard-anodised aluminium pot with a heat exchanger and pouring spout, an insulating sleeve, and a biobased plastic lid that doubles as a cup. The stove is also equipped with a built-in Piezo igniter. Gas is not included—purchase 100g Primus Power Gas, Summer Gas, or Winter Gas separately.

Fuel-efficient stove with included canister support
The Laminar Flow Burner technology gives this top-mounted stove a low centre of gravity. The included canister support provides additional stability on uneven terrain. Lite Plus is highly fuel-efficient, with a 4,500 BTU (1,500W) burner that boils 0.5 litres of water in under three minutes.

Accessories for more cooking possibilities
Lite Plus Stove System is available in multiple colours. For coffee or tea lovers, pair it with the Coffee/Tea Press for Lite & Lite+ or the LiTech Coffee/Tea Kettle 0.9L. For better food prep, use the Campfire Prep Set, the Campfire Cutting Set (knife and cutting board), or the Fieldchef Pocket Knife.
