RETURNS INFORMATION (Online Purchases only)

We hope you're happy with your purchase from Adapt Outdoors. However, if you wish to return an item due to it being unsuitable or if you’ve changed your mind, we offer refunds under the following conditions:
  • The item must be returned within 28 days of purchase.
  • It must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging (including tags, labels, and boxes).
  • Please include the completed Returns Note that was included in your parcel or add a note with your order details (name, address, order number, and reason for return).

For non-faulty items there is no need to contact us by email or telephone.

Exchanges:
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please place a new order for the replacement item. You can then return the unwanted goods for a refund. This is the fastest way to get the item you need.
Klarna orders cannot be exchanged.

Return Shipping:
The returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For security, we recommend using a tracked shipping service with insurance. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

In-store Returns:
You can return online purchases at our Liverpool store at 10 Williamson Street, L1 1EB. Bring your sales invoice (either emailed or included in the package) for faster processing. Refunds will be issued separately by our Customer Support Team.

Faulty Items:
If your item is faulty and still under warranty, please fill in the following form; Faulty Returns Form. Provide your order number, contact details, and a description of the fault, along with photos or other evidence.
If needed, we may send the item to the supplier or an independent testing service, which may take up to four weeks. We cannot process warranty claims before inspection. If deemed faulty, we will offer a resolution, which may include a refund, replacement, or repair.

Health and Safety:
To ensure safety, all returned items must be clean, dry, and free from dirt. Unclean items will be returned to you.

For health and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable unless in their original, unused condition:

What is the NeoAir® XTherm™ NXT?

It's a super lightweight sleeping mat designed for colder conditions. Thanks to its excellent warmth-to-weight ratio and high-performance construction, this mat is perfect for alpinists, backpackers and adventurers counting every gram of kit.

And yes, if you were wondering, this mat is technically insulated, but not in the traditional way using down or synthetic insulation. We'll touch more on that later.

What is it made of?

The main fabric is 70D ripstop nylon which is lightweight yet highly durable to protect against punctures and tears on the bottom, making it suitable for rugged backcountry and mountain environments.

What keeps you warm is the Thermacapture™ technology inside. Thermacapture™ is an innovative material that reflects heat and maximises heat retention to keep you warm all night long. It adds no extra weight or bulk to the design to boost packability and versatility for various adventures.

What are its features?

The Triangular Core Matrix™ is a patented technology that uses triangular baffles stacked in two layers, creating a stable surface and minimising heat loss. This technology offers a 7.3 R-value, making it suitable for colder adventures and winter pursuits.

Weighing just 439g, this sleeping mat has a fantastic warmth-to-weight ratio, and at three inches thick, it offers a high level of comfort and support to get a good night's kip. Impressively, it packs down to the size of a standard one-litre bottle, making it easy to stuff into a kit bag or backpack without taking up excessive space.

What's more, this mat is really easy to inflate and deflate, thanks to the WingLock™ valve. The WingLock™ valve feature one-way inflation, meaning it won't hiss back at you as soon as you pause for breath while still maximising airflow.

Finally, you get a pump sack, stuffsack and repair kit included in case of emergencies when resources may be limited.
