RETURNS INFORMATION (Online Purchases only)

We hope you're happy with your purchase from Adapt Outdoors. However, if you wish to return an item due to it being unsuitable or if you’ve changed your mind, we offer refunds under the following conditions:
  • The item must be returned within 28 days of purchase.
  • It must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging (including tags, labels, and boxes).
  • Please include the completed Returns Note that was included in your parcel or add a note with your order details (name, address, order number, and reason for return).

For non-faulty items there is no need to contact us by email or telephone.

Exchanges:
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please place a new order for the replacement item. You can then return the unwanted goods for a refund. This is the fastest way to get the item you need.
Klarna orders cannot be exchanged.

Return Shipping:
The returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For security, we recommend using a tracked shipping service with insurance. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

In-store Returns:
You can return online purchases at our Liverpool store at 10 Williamson Street, L1 1EB. Bring your sales invoice (either emailed or included in the package) for faster processing. Refunds will be issued separately by our Customer Support Team.

Faulty Items:
If your item is faulty and still under warranty, please fill in the following form; Faulty Returns Form. Provide your order number, contact details, and a description of the fault, along with photos or other evidence.
If needed, we may send the item to the supplier or an independent testing service, which may take up to four weeks. We cannot process warranty claims before inspection. If deemed faulty, we will offer a resolution, which may include a refund, replacement, or repair.

Health and Safety:
To ensure safety, all returned items must be clean, dry, and free from dirt. Unclean items will be returned to you.

This lightweight waterproof shell is designed for trekking and backpacking in the mountains. Combining two weights of DRILITE®, making it both packable and durable enough for regular use with a pack.

The Tacul jacket is made using two weights of DRILITE® waterproof fabric, which makes it both packable and durable enough for regular use with a pack. The Alpine fit is designed to provide unrestricted movement for all-day use, while the Mountain Hood design offers dependable shelter in the harshest weather conditions.

Materials
Waterproof, windproof and breathable: Recycled 2,5-layer DRILITE 50 Denier fabric with a 75% recycled membrane and PFAS-free DWR treatment will keep you dry
Main Fabric: 50 Denier DRILITE [139gsm] has a waterproof, breathable 2.5-layer construction. Hydrostatic Head: 20,000mm, RET: 24,000g/m2/24hr
15mm taped seams prevent water entry

Patterning & Design
Ideal for hiking, trekking and hill walking
Protective but lightweight design with excellent mobility and comfort
Using our classic ‘Alpine Fit’ for complete freedom of movement without excess fabric
Sized to be worn as part of a layering system
Tailoring around the arms improves mobility with no excess fabric or hem lift whilst reaching on steeper ground
Core venting zips allow extra airflow through the jacket when required

Hood Configuration
Mountain Hood is extremely protective and fully adjustable with both front and rear volume reduction when required
Stiffened and laminated hood visor maintains field of vision even in high winds and more severe conditions

Pocket Configuration
2 large zipped hand pockets are positioned to be accessible when wearing a pack
YKK Water Resistant zips with zip pullers are easy to use with gloves
Sealed pocket bag construction

Centre Front Zip
Full-length YKK® AquaGuard® centre front zip with internal storm flap is easy to use in bad weather
Ergonomic zip puller makes use easier when wearing gloves or mitts

Cuffs & Sleeves Configuration
Articulated and pre-shaped sleeves for ease of movement on steep ground
Velcro adjustable cuffs for a comfortable and protective fit around wrists or over gloves

Waist & Hem Construction
Internal dual tether hem drawcords for easy fit adjustment
Bar tack reinforcement on the pull tab
